Absolutely love bringing my two dogs here! The staff is always warm and welcoming, and they genuinely seem to love animals. I really appreciate how they take the time to get to know your pet before the grooming begins. My beagle and lab always come out looking fantastic and smelling amazing. I particularly enjoy their online booking system; it's user-friendly and saves me time. However, I have noticed that their phone lines can get a bit busy, making it hard to reach them sometimes. A little more attention to phone service could enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly recommend this grooming service if you want your furry friends to be treated well!

Fantastic experience! The groomers really know what they’re doing. My schnauzer was pampered and came home looking adorable. The staff took extra time to ensure he felt comfortable. Only downside was the slightly high pricing, but the quality made it worth it!

I brought my elderly Pomeranian in for a grooming session, and I was genuinely impressed with how gentle the staff was with him. I took my golden retriever here for grooming, and I was very pleased! The staff was friendly and handled my pup with such care. The cut was spot on, and he came out looking fabulous. Just wish they had a quicker appointment availability next time!
